First off, I waited over a half an hour on the phone. Finally, I pressed "8" if I wanted a call back, but never got a call back. Then I called again and waited another half and hour so thought I'd leave a voicemail to the service department, but the voicemail box FULL ! Then I called back pressing the emergency number, but that did NO GOOD either. Then when they finally did answer, their attitude was TERRIBLE. Attitude galore. Very frustrating experience.
