Service is very good, but for what we are paying for 4 furnaces, I would expect nothing less. I also think we could get a better price on the oil, but at this point I am not shopping around yet. We also pay for 4 propane tanks, and I wish we could get better prices for all the years we have been customers and the multiple accounts. Paying online is easy, although I used to enjoy talking to the nice staff at Kosco. We will remain customers for a while, but may have to look for a better deal. We are seniors and our income is limited.
