Even when I place seasonal orders, I usually have to call them to request a delivery when my tanks go down to 30% full. They are efficient and prompt in setting up a delivery, or telling me when the next one will be. I don't want electronic tank monitoring, which is their premium tank butler program, so that is how I ensure, I don't run out of propane.
