I used A-Pro Certified Home Inspection Services to inspect two houses for purchase. On both occasions they were awesome. Their customer service was good and they arrived on time. The inspectors are very knowledgeable and thorough in assessing homes. These are not recent college graduates working part-time. They are seasoned and they know what they're doing. A lot of them are home owners and they know what to look for. This is one of the more professional businesses I've dealt with in the area. After the inspection they left me with a binder full of information and did a follow-up a few days later. They also gave me a phone number to call if I had any questions, which I did. The inspector returned my call promptly, before the end of the day. They provide excellent service.
