I absolutely recommend Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling. I've been with them for quite some time, about ten or eleven years, however this is only the first or second time with this particular technician, Josh. I can't help but be impressed by all their personalities. They are sincere and earnest. When they walk in the door, they take off their shoes, which impresses me. I only have to show them once where both units are located, and they remember after that. They head down to the basement and take care of business without any help for me. All I have to do is turn on the lights. I really like the wrap-up following service. They share a fairly lengthy list of the services that they took care of on each trip. It's nice to know what I'm paying for. If anything is wrong, they do a good job explaining what it is and why it happened. A wrap-up is important to most people, I know it is for me. I really like Josh. I know Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling has a bonus program for their technicians, and he deserves it. Five stars.
