Josh probably provided the best service 4-5-2022 of any technician service provider with Complete Comfort or other hvac service providers I have used. He was courteous, knowledgeable and explain everything in detail including servicing the entire a/c system, repairing a built in humidifier, splicing wires chewed by mice, explaining how the refrigerant in a 20 year old heat pump is not longer available, resetting the thermostat and cleaning up when the service was complete. If I have a choice I will use Josh every time.
