I can't say enough good things about Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling. They recently came out for a service visit. Chad was the serviceman, and He called me 30 minutes before his arrival to let me know when he would be there. He was right on time. He was very professional and explained everything to me without trying to make a hard sales pitch. He treated me with respect, and he listened to me with patience. He responded to my questions and explained other services that I asked him about. I told him other HVAC companies were just plain rude, and that I appreciated his kindness. They reminded me that I had a service contract and would like to schedule the appointment at my convenience. When I called, the lady who answered was extremely polite and gave me several appointment options. I highly recommend them; I can't say enough good things about them.
