I was called by you to complete my complimentary maintenance and review check leftover from my installation from last year, this surprised me! Josh came out on a Friday and he was friendly and informative. I am happy with the service by your company but I do have a question as to filter replacement. In both occasions of your visits, I did not receive a new filter. Was I supposed to? Otherwise, I appreciate the efforts and will look to schedule a visit again in the future.
