I have been using Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling for a while now. They installed my unit years ago and I do the annual maintenance plan with them. They are always available to schedule appointments quickly. The technicians arrive on time and they are respectful of my home. They are fair and honest, they do not try to upsell things or get me to purchase other things that I don't need. When the technician comes out to do the maintenance he is able to make his assessment of the unit quickly then he lets me know of any problems that he finds as well as what he can do to fix it. He also takes the time to answer any of the questions I have. Their pricing is reasonable and their customer service is really good. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable. I will continue to use Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling for all of these reasons!
