I called Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling off-hours and they were still here within thirty minutes. The technician was very thorough. He told me exactly what was wrong, treated me with respect and didn't talk down to me. As an older person I sometimes have service people who talk down to me, but he was very respectful. The price was OK with me. It was a little more expensive than usual because the work was done off hours, but I was expecting that. The technician was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong with it right away.
