I had a good experience with Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling. I had a problem with the air conditioning and someone came out to look at it. He came out in a timely fashion and I appreciated that he took off his shoes. He quickly diagnosed the problem and because it was going to be an expensive fix, I opted to have the entire unit replaced. I liked that they offered me several different options at various costs without putting any pressure on me. They made sure to make a temporary fix on the unit so that it worked throughout the heat. When the service technicians came to install the unit, they were very nice and polite. The only problems I had with the installation were that I had to clean up a small mess that was left and the job was incomplete. They had to come back out to wrap the piping that they forgot and clean up some foam that was leaking. Other than that, they were very responsive to any of my concerns and I had an overall positive experience.
