After 10 years our original HC Controller died and needed to be replaced. I contacted Scott Berger at HTC who very nicely and expertly informed us of our options on equipment, cost and potential upgrades to hardware and software. Although Control 4 is a high-end system, Scott provided practical analysis and suggested a reasonable solution that provided real added value at a fair cost. We were in a hurry to get the work done as the holiday season was fast approaching and we had guests coming to several events we were hosting. Scott and HTC worked overtime and late in the evening to get our work done, and the results were excellent! They are honest, considerate and trustworthy in your home. Control 4 is a great system and HTC makes it happen. Thanks Scott and HTC!! Highly recommended.
