If we have any issues, they are very responsive and help us solve it quickly, which is important to me. If I have any issues at all, they will fix it even a year after installation. They installed 5 o 6 TVs, set up surround sound in 3 rooms, and put in a central sound system and juke box for the house. The quality of the work has been outstanding.
