Overall, I would give Home Theater Concepts an extremely positive rating. I particularly like Scott's intelligence, integrity, and responsiveness. It is nice to know we have the mastermind behind the operation at our disposal, and he earnestly wants us to have results and products that were pleased with.

Generally, I have very much enjoyed working with him. In the way of critique, I guess the ball gets dropped from time to time or there appears to be an occasional misunderstanding about what it is we are trying to accomplish, but overall, they are very good. The folks he has working with us do a very good job. I feel like I can call them anytime. I am very pleased with them.

Another huge plus is Scott's product recommendations. The products he recommends are pretty much state of the art, but he takes a commonsense approach to his recommendations. In other words, just because something is new does mean it is what you want to pick. Scott helps you weed through all of that information very nicely. It is like having the smartest guy in the room guide you. I trust his opinion very much.

I think the costs, overall, are very reasonable. I have so much faith in them that, for the most part, I do not price shop. Sometimes the prices are elevated compared with what you might find elsewhere, but on a whole I find them reasonable. Typically, I find that you get what you pay for, and we are happy with the money we set aside for home theater.

They are reasonably prompt and they are as responsive as I need them. Another huge plus is that if something does go wrong, they are just a phone call away, which is unique for a more tailored operation. I have worked with them for ten years now, and I expect to continue working with them.

Dr. Amble
