Home Theatre Concepts is very responsive. We have so much technology, so there is more that can go wrong or break, and I have to call them quite a bit to fix or change things. However, that is not their fault.

They really are wonderful. Scott has great ideas and always comes up with something new that I would love to have. I really like them a lot. I have been using them for at least 6 or 7 years. They have excellent customer service, and respond immediately when there is a problem. They go out of their way to fix whatever I need.
