Earlier this summer Ben Franklin came out to open up my sewer line. I've had this done pretty much every year since I've lived in the house (5 years). I've always had a root problem. This last time they noticed the roots had caused damaged, separated parts of my line, broken through another part, and one portion was on the verge of collaspe. The worst part is that the really bad spot was underneath my floor. I was afraid they would have to tear up and dig, but they actually have this trenchless method where they just pull a new line through your existing line. No mess, one day process, and brand new 20 year warranty line. Very impressive!
