1st contact in 14 months and I owe $490. I paid $350 to take case. They will not be paid. Do not use these people, unless you want to throw away money.

We can't really rebut your statements other than to say please feel free to contact us and we will provide you the many emails we sent you and the records to our many conversations, We have been in regular contact with you.
You owe the money because you failed to pay your agreed to retainer agreement that you signed. We have worked with you and you have not paid us in over a year, Your case is with the EEOC and under investigation at this time as your numerous updates have stated. You were sent an email asking for payment or payment arrangements to continue representation. We assume that you got it because the next day you left this review with the exact balance you had outstanding.
