I retained this firm earlier in 2018. The firm put me at risk in missing an EEOC deadline after I had retained them. Not one member of the staff is familiar with my case nor are they able to answer questions regarding the facts of the case or witness testimony. I have been hung up on intentionally by an attorney (Ferguson) whom called me on a scheduled call. And when I called back she disconnected a second time without permission to disconnect. If attorneys are not familiar with the case facts, narrative, evidence, and witness testimony how can I expect resolution. If I am hung up on, how can I have my questions answered?

Unacceptable.
