They DO NOT outright communicate with you, but if you ask a question (regardless if it's the same ine three times) they respond and often its with better new than before. I said no to two or three settlements and the came back with a bigger and better agreement. Be patient and they will resolve your issue. If you haven't heard from the contact them and they respond right away or within the same day. AN AMAZING GROUP
