Do NOT use this group or you will regret it!

This group is a joke. They tell you that you have a case. You never meet the attorney. , and yo don’t receive any documents detailing your case. I retained this group in July 2017 and by November nothing at all had been accomplished. They lied about communicating woth my employer. How do I know this because I referred a good friend /coworker to them a month after i retained them. Of course we compare and discuss facts. After a month or so after he retained them, he was referred to the EEOC. A week after that I was scheduled for a phone meeting with my attorney and whwn the call came through it was someone else. He explained that I too need to go to the EEOC. I explained to them once again that I had gone there prior to hiring them. Anyway they went on to say that the case could take longer than I was initially told. This means additional fees. If I did nor win mt case with EEOC the “higher ups”would consider going further. If they decided to pursue further then there would be additional fees added on too of the previous retainer fee an the monthly fees. Everyone knows these things can take time. I just expected things to be as i was told they would. The company lies and is very deceptive. They only like positive feedback. A day after reviewing a neutral review i posted attorney Watson called to disengage. As I explained to him I simply stated nothing but facts; and that I was praying for the best for myself and the coworker I referred who is now a client. I didn’t feel the review I wrote was negative within it I advised that I would follow up and let viewers know how I made out. Funny how you CAN’T speak to the attorney without an appointment or you have ro leave messages and wait days for a return call but a review they don’t like will get a current client a call in less than 24hrs. I will standby to see how my friend makes out! Hopefully they do better! Also I didn’t know this group operated like a callcenter. Please do your research people so you don’t waste your time. These people really don’t care about you, your situation with the employer,or your time!! They sound good until they get your money, then the games begin.

To set the record straight the firm does not have one penny of your money and yes we do require many times that you need an appointment to speak with attorneys especially with their busy schedules. You spoke to your attorneys many times with this system and had contact at all times with the paralegal staff. Never did a message or an email go not responded to in the same business day. We focus a great deal of energy and effort on taking care of our clients.
You were upset at the time it was going to take going through the EEOC process. We do not set the laws or how the federal government operates. We explained to you clearly the process and the potential outcomes.

Ms. Lewis we have resolved employment matters for thousands of employees and do an exceptional job with what we do. We operate primarily on contingency fee basis and do not charge hourly fees to clients. We represented you just as we said and were given in your retainer explaining the full outline of services. We wish you well in the future.
