I feel that, as a whole, my experience with this law group was a good one. I do think keeping your client up to date on how their case is progressing is important, but seemed to lack in that department. On another note, even though I continually had to contact you for updates, (every 1-2 months) you did respond in a very timely manner. I understand you have many clients, but you should consider keeping clients updated, at least on a monthly basis. I also feel your 40% fee once the case is resolved, is too much, especially when the settlement is low.
