Rivercity Flooring did a great job with our bedroom flooring, so I tried them again when we wanted new flooring for the family and dining room. Everything looks amazing and the entire crew was just wonderful. Tom Jones was our representative and he gave us excellent service. He sat with us when we first went in and gave us several options, along with samples we could take home and compare. We made the best choice for us and he was able to get everything we wanted. He checked in with us regularly, and even visited during the project, and after the work was completed. One thing I noticed was the respect he had for the crew, and vice-versa. They actually lit up when he checked in on them. He made it all harmless and smooth - that's exactly what we wanted! The value is great, the work was flawless, and I highly recommend them!
