We had new hardwoods installed in our home. We did most of the demo to save some money, and RiverCity did a nice job of itemizing what would cost what so that we knew where to focus our efforts. The installers were courteous and prompt and did a great job.
We also had our stairs sanded and refinished to match the new floor. The staining work was sloppy, leaving us plenty of painting to do afterwards, and the color match to the flooring was poor.
