I shopped multiple companies both locally and online and decided to go with Nice Floors for my engineered hardwood purchase. They beat everyone else on price were terrific at communication and just wonderful to work with during the entire transaction.
Even when there was a mix-up and I got an email that the large pallet of flooring was at a local warehouse and I had 3 days to get it or they would start charging storage, they resolved the problem immediately and arranged for a gate-lift truck to deliver it right to my home. The delivery truck came when promised and the driver brought the pallet right into my garage using a pallet jack. Could not have been better.
