Wood Floor Purchase

The problem I had was communication. I was told would be delivered in 3 days so I paid and scheduled the install. Nobody communicated the delivery status had changed. So, the day before pick-up I contacted and was informed it was not in stock was ordered and will be 11 more days. Why didn't someone contact me immediately with this info?However, a little frustrated but in the end it all worked out. I would consider using them again but would allow for the miss communication.

We are very sorry for this miscommunication. Our distributor had told us it was going to be transferred within a day because there was stock, and when we went to check that it had been completed, that's when we found out about the backorder.
