Wood Floor Purchase
The problem I had was communication. I was told would be delivered in 3 days so I paid and scheduled the install. Nobody communicated the delivery status had changed. So, the day before pick-up I contacted and was informed it was not in stock was ordered and will be 11 more days. Why didn't someone contact me immediately with this info?However, a little frustrated but in the end it all worked out. I would consider using them again but would allow for the miss communication.
