Green Building Supply couldn't have been more helpful during my purchasing experience. I had a few conversions (phone, email) with Julie, who had answers to every question I asked.

I rated quality 4/5 because of the product I purchased (EcoFusion Carbonized Solid Drop and Lock Strand Bamboo). I ended up purchasing 20 boxes, which was 1 box more than I thought I needed. Unfortunately I ended up having nearly 3 boxes of bad pieces. One box was banged up from shipment, which was fine, but other boxes included pieces that were bowed and wouldn't click into place without major force. This was my first time installing bamboo flooring, so maybe that's a typical amount of bad pieces.

Either way, the floor is installed now, it looks great, and I'm totally happy with my overall experience.
