There was a problem, and whether that was my contractor's issue or that Green Building Supply sent the wrong thing is a matter of dispute. Joel resolved it at no charge to me and the items are on their way. I assume it will all turn out beautifully. We had ordered all new cabinets for the kitchen--and my contractor, who does this work all the time, said these were the most beautiful cabinets he has seen in a long time. And the price was comparable to lesser-quality items.
