We've ordered from Green Building Supply lots of paint, and we've also ordered engineered bamboo--and everything is good. Although there's nothing that really stands out as far as their service, there were a couple of boxes of flooring that had been damaged during the delivery--which is pretty common when you have that much flooring shipped. They replaced the damaged flooring but it just seems like standard customer service. I received the flooring in a timely fashion and they accommodated me.

I like that they have a lot of products available that are all green, environmentally sustainable and safe, and that's really what drew me to the company. Period. Their customer service is fine, but I'm looking for a certain type of product that's hard to find. We like everything we have ordered from Green Building Supply so far.
