I decided to add to an order I submitted one evening, so I called early the next morning. The company rep., Teena was wonderfully helpful in processing my change. She even added another order I had made earlier the previous day, combining everything under one order. Along the line, the order was mistakenly cancelled. Teena caught this and made sure everything was in order (pun intended). The entire order, changes and all was delivered promptly. Thanks Teena!
