My son and daughter-in-law recommended Florence Carpet and Tile because they were happy with their new carpets so we called them up and scheduled an appointment. They carpeted our upstairs and downstairs and they made us an area rug for the living room. Everything turned out excellent! The crew that we had were friendly, professional and were very pleasant to work with.
They started the installation on a Tuesday and were done on a Thursday. We felt they took really good care of us and did everything they said they were going to do. After they were done, they cleaned up their mess, vacuumed everything up and the carpets and area rug look wonderful.
If we had any questions, they were always there to answer them and they really went out of their way to schedule us in and make sure we were happy. I would use Florence Carpet and Tile again and I'm very satisfied with the service they provided.
