This was my first time using Florence Carpet and Tile, and I am extremely pleased with the service they provided.

They just completed the installation of a hardwood floor in a new addition to our home. They showed me samples and helped me find the perfect match to the hardwood flooring that we already had in another room. They called me every step of the way to let me know when the flooring would be coming in and when it finally arrived. They installed the floor in one day, and it is gorgeous! They were extremely customer oriented and provided exceptional service.

They are currently in the process of doing another project for me. I just ordered a custom vanity they will install for me when it arrives. They will also be laying tile after they install it.

Their pricing is very reasonable and I would highly recommend them.
