This is our second time using the products and services of Florence Carpet and Tile and they did a great job. First of all, their sales person was competent, friendly and helpful. I had requested something that was indestructible but affordable. To that request, he had recommended vinyl flooring and I am quite confident that this is the type of floor that exactly suits my needs. It looks very beautiful and they did the whole installation job when we were on vacation, so we didn't have to deal with any of the mess. It was complete when we were back and looked great. They are just very professional and efficient. Their pricing seems reasonable, although we didn't really research it. We had prior experience with this business and were quite confident that they would do a good job. About fifteen years ago we went to them to deal with a foyer and half-bath tile floor that had been ruined by toilet overflow. They suggested an Italian porcelain tile back then. It was very expensive and not the kind of thing you could put in your entire house unless you had a lot of money. I used it in the two smaller spaces and they have held up very well. It still looks like they put it in yesterday!
