Very recently I engaged Ripano to install new granite counter tops in my kitchen. I found working with the Ripano team to be easy and they were very accommodating, especially with scheduling. Kelly and Shari were very responsive when contacted. The install team were very conscientious with the actual installation of the granite. However, there was one issue. The day the installers visited to install the countertops, there was a snow storm winding down. The team did not bring tarps to place on the floors so as to minimize the wetness and mud from going back and forth from their truck. The kitchen floors were muddy and wet (combination of tile and hard wood) during the entire visit. I was very concerned about the finish on the wood floors. I would suggest that the install crew have on hand tarps or other items that can be placed to protect floors in residential homes when performing installations.
