a section of our granite countertop was measured wrong. they had a new piece fabricated and installed in less than a week. When the new countertop left a gap on our existing backsplash, they offered to make and install granite backsplash to cover it, for no extra charge, due to the inconvenience of the incorrectly measured section. The communication during the process was very timely and professional.
