I called Joe at Brakes & Beyond today - he promptly sent me a written quote. After I accepted, he scheduled a technician (Joel) to come out to work on my car that same day. Joel arrived on time and got to work. Of course, it was cold and started snowing ... despite the bad weather, he stuck with it and finished the job, cleaned up, and submitted the bill. I'm very impressed and will use this company again.
