I have been using Family Pest Control for almost a year now. Most recently, the staff came out to do a spray around my house to get rid of any potential pest problems. I would say that the staff is very professional and easy to communicate with. I would keep using the company because they know how to return phone calls and keep in touch with you. The only way that I think the staff could improve is if they were to perform a spray around everything (for example, moving a couch and doing a spray there, as well). That being said, I do understand that they wouldn't be able to do sprays in areas that are out of their control and I'm still satisfied with the overall service.
