Hi, I am a client of style roof.
I really need the help of style roofing.

In 2017 there was a hail storm in the richmond area.
After the storm a staff from style roofing came to our house
and said they can help us to replace the roof.
The contract said very clear that the roof has 10 years of warranty.
After the replacement, the roof started to leak. After back and forth,
back and forth for more than half years, the roof stopped leaking after
we change the flue pipe by HVAC contractor.
The style roof people fixed the roof merely by putting some very ugly tape.
Now after 4 years, these tape wears out and leaking started again.
We hoped to fixed the problem by local roofers,
but none of them were willing to help us because the roof is under the warranty of another contractor.

Now I have to come back to your guys at Style Roofing. I have sent several emails to you guys and am waiting for your response.
I really hope you can stand out and help us with
the problem. I know you care about your reputation and I really want to attest your reputation too.
