Their response to our request for electrical service was within a few hours and ahead of their estimated scheduled time. The service tech presented a price to "find and diagnose the problem". ($340-516.47 before tax) Any work to repair the problem would be added on. I called another company that was able to come a few hours later, diagnosed and repaired the problem for $80. THAT'S a big difference!
