Good Experience Except For Negotiations
This was the first time I have used Dave's Economy Auto Center. I bought a used Ford Expedition. The sales person was somewhat helpful, but he could have been a little more knowledgeable about the vehicle when I asked him about some of the features and where they were located.
Their customer service was good. They were polite and courteous. The pricing was competitive, but the vehicle didn't have a history of recent repairs and part replacement. During negotiations, they wouldn't come down on the price to compensate for the parts that needed to be replaced. I had to change out the spark plugs right away. Other than that, I was satisfied with the experience.
