We are a local library in our town, and Maintenance One provides daily cleaning of the public bathrooms and common areas. They do everything from vacuuming to restocking toilet paper and other supplies in the bathrooms. We also have a staff kitchen they clean and our offices. They are extremely responsive to any of our questions or concerns. They have this wonderful app where I can put in an e-mail and it goes right to them! They respond immediately; their communication is superb. The job they have been doing is for high traffic daily use, and the place looks amazing! They are efficient, and do a really good job. Our contact was Troy and I thought he did an amazing job explaining the services and working with us to get us up and running. They do what they will, and the pricing is great for what they offer. They absolutely tell true to their promise!
