Our firm is just starting its second year with Maintenance One, and we are very satisfied. They do a wonderful job. They send in both a morning crew and an evening crew. I think sometimes it takes a little time to put together a good crew, and we are fortunate that the current crews seem to constitute such a team. Every office environment is a little different, and I have found that Maintenance One responds quickly when we reach out for something extra, or for something out of the ordinary.

Recently, one of the morning crew members took the time to ask on their own accord, if there was anything that they were missing, or that they needed to do differently, and if there was anything they needed to know in order to better perform their duties. That gave us the chance to give them some input on several things, and I really appreciated that!
