We have been using Maintenance One or a while to clean our building, but recently we added some additional services. We have them doing grounds keeping work as well, now. Their employees are knowledgeable and professional as well as being very honest. Several times they have found jewelry and money while they were cleaning, and they turned it in. That says a lot for their integrity.

They are timely and they show up when we need them. They are doing a fantastic job for us. I would recommend them, and we will definitely continue to use them.
