I have used Maintenance One for years. They clean our office. They're very thorough. If I have issues, I just email them, and it's quickly resolved. I would continue to use their service because I will always get a quick response if I have questions or concerns. Maintenance One's staff is friendly and easy to be around. I would tell a potential customer of theirs they're very reliable. I would also say they do a good job with cleaning. Plus their communication is excellent. Scheduling is easy too. They do come everyday. But if there's a holiday, I just email them, and they always accommodate. They are polite and courteous. I would recommend Maintenance One to my family and friends.
