Maintenance One took on a big task here! When they came in we'd have a company in here for over 50 years, and we don't have just one building but probably the equivalent of about six spread across the street for them to take care of. Maintenance One came in, the pricing was great, the crew was great, and of course the owners, should a situation arise, they are right on top of it and they handle it. They are still trying to get the buildings up to THEIR standards, but they are working on it, and they're doing a great job.
