I certainly think that Maintenance One did a fine job. They are definitely professional and did a great job in cleaning. They also did a decent job communicating back and forth with me. I specifically worked with a gentleman via email, which worked really well for me and my schedule.

They took direction well, stayed with everything we wanted and even made suggestions about things we hadn't ever considered. This was the first time we had gone outside to find a business like this one, but we were very happy with the results and plan on using them again in the future.
