I have been using Maintenance One for a little over a year now. Troy is very accountable and easy to get a hold of. I work out of our West Hartford office and he services our Stamford location, but I have received no negative feedback about their crew. My dealings with Troy have been perfect. I may not be able to get a hold of him on the first call, but he gets back withing the hour.
