Our business has a trailer facility, we don't have an office room. It's not a normal operation. So far everything with Maintenance One has worked great. We are next to the railroad tracks on a dirt road, and it is hard to find, so it is not the ideal location, but they make an effort to always arrive on time.

Maintenance One comes out once a week to clean the bathroom. We have 9 trailers, and 1 of them is the bathroom facility. They always make sure to fill us up on supplies if we are low. They are dependable. The guys are very friendly and are good workers.
