Punctual, professional, and responsive.

We found Maintenance One when we were searching for a qualified cleaning service for our 140,000-sq.-ft. multi-office building. Troy came in, introduced himself, and we walked the facility. We asked for recommendations, which he provided, and he said that they could do everything we asked for. He also came up with a decent quote.

We gave Maintenance One an opportunity and they have performed. We have been using their service for daily cleaning, 5 days a week, since August or September of last year. They are always very punctual and responsive.
