Professional and timely service.

Maintenance One does the daily cleaning for our 22,000-sq.-ft. Shelton, CT office. We started using them on a recommendation when we merged with BlumShapiro and one of their other offices was using Maintenance One.

They are a professional and timely service. We continue to use them because of their communication, which is excellent. I can send an email or call them and their response to any inquiries is immediate.
