Troy came to my building to meet with me before I decided to use Maintenance One. I got to know him and felt confident that he would do a good job.

He is honest, responsive, and he communicates nicely with me and with my tenants. When I need something, I can text him and he gets right back to me.

He also is a good face, so to speak. You can send him in and he can deal with everybody.

Maintenance One has been doing the cleaning for our office building for nearly a year now. So far, everything has been good.
